Faiza Syed, Programme Consultant

My name is Faiza Syed and I am a Programme Consultant at BSBI. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pakistan and an MSc in Strategic Business Management from UK. I have seven years experience across the real estate, freight and transportation and education industries.

In my current role as a Programme Consultant, I interact with many students on a daily basis.  I always ensure that the students are well informed and looked after throughout the admissions process and consider it my job to help students achieve their academic dreams. 

My work is not only rewarding in terms of professional growth but also provides immense contentment when I see my students stepping on the ladder to success by making it to BSBI.

Cecilia Gbatey-Brown, Senior Programme Consultant

My passion for exploring customers’ problems and finding a tailor-made solution was what fueled my decision to work at BSBI as a Senior Programme Consultant.

Prior to being an alumna of BSBI, I worked in several roles as an account manager and in performance marketing roles.

I pride myself in having guided numerous students, developing consistencies with their abilities and intentions to achieve both career and educational goals through interpreting the international study experience, admissions process, requirements and benefits of studying abroad.

I have an MBA obtained from BSBI and a Bachelor’s in Business and Management from my home country, Ghana.

Alina Sabau, Head of Recruitment

As the Head of Recruitment, I manage a global team of programme advisors who help domestic and international students realise their academic ambitions. 

I have worked in the education industry with a strong focus on recruitment consultancy since 2018. My direct interactions with students and consultants from diverse backgrounds have resulted in initiatives that translate to a highly effective management of student journeys. 

I am a driven and results-focused manager with a proven track record of managing strategic and complex programmes that not only impact corporate ecosystems but build efficiencies in student consultancy management. 

My team assists BSBI students in every way possible to ensure that they have equal access to learning opportunities, and they are fully prepared to realise their academic goals.
